It could be the version issues, please download the latest version of DirectX and Window Media Player.

Why the storage capacity of my MP3/MP4 player isn't really 128MB or 256MB as described?

There are 2 situations cause this problem:
  1. The different calculation: The manufactures always use 1MB=1000KB.But most people use 1MB=1024KB.

2.Because the firmware of MP3/MP4 player still need some space. Therefore the actual capacity of 128MB/256MB might just be 120MB/243MB.


When I try to use the automatic scan for FM broadcast, sometimes I can't find the station and I can hear some background, why?

Sometimes you may not find the stations or hear the noise if the signal is too weak. You may use the earphone as the aerial to improve the reception.


The only function of my MP3 is storge¡AWhy can't I play the music?

This might be that some of the file that you put in your MP3 might cause the format type¡CYou can only play the mp3 with FAT format¡Ayou may not be able to play the MP3 with other format.
